David McNabb
David McNabb is the founder of Elevate Early Learning in Franklin. As a parent and grandfather, he knows how important it is for families to feel confident and comfortable with where their children spend their day. That understanding inspired him to create Elevate Early Learning — a center designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and build strong early foundations.
Over the past year, David has worked closely with experienced early childhood educators to thoughtfully design the center and build a strong leadership team. His goal is to create a welcoming place where families feel supported, children thrive, and the community has access to high-quality early learning close to home.
Center Director
Paige Lehr-Bogan
Paige Lehr-Bogan is the Center Director at Elevate Early Learning. She brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and center leadership, with a focus on high-quality programming, family partnerships, and staff development.
Paige holds a bachelor’s degree (UW-Milwaukee) in Early Childhood Education with a minor in English as a Second Language, and a master’s degree (MSOE) in Business Management and Educational Leadership.
A proud mom to her 4-year-old son, Jaxon, Paige brings a parent’s perspective to her work and is passionate about creating an environment that sparks curiosity, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Alexis
Ms. Alexis is a passionate Preschool Chef dedicated to preparing nutritious, delicious meals that meet all dietary needs and allergies. Skilled in menu planning, large-scale meal prep, and maintaining high kitchen safety standards, she supports children’s growth, energy, and well-being every day.

Ms. Dawn
Ms. Dawn, Lead-Qualified Infant Teacher, brings over 30 years of childcare experience. She is passionate about helping children reach milestones and supporting each child’s individual growth. She holds EC1, EC2, Infant & Toddler, School-Age credentials, and a CDA. Ms. Dawn lives in South Milwaukee with her husband and enjoys Wisconsin sports, spending time with family, and traveling to their cabin in Eagle River.

Ms. Karina, Lead-Qualified Infant & Toddler Teacher, has 4 years of early childhood experience and is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging classroom where children feel safe and supported. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice, which informs her commitment to strong partnerships with families and the community.

Ms. Marym, Lead-Qualified Infant and Twos Teacher, holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 6 years of early childhood experience. She loves nurturing young children and building strong connections with families. Outside the classroom, she enjoys being creative, spending time with her family, and exploring new places.

Ms. Caelie
Ms. Caelie, Lead Qualified Infant Teacher, is a Franklin alumna and holds a bachelor’s degree in General Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. Ms. Caelie has been working in childcare since 2018 and has experience working with children of all ages, but infants will always have a special place in her heart! When she’s not working with children, Caelie enjoys spending her free time writing and drawing. She also loves making her annual summer trips to the Wisconsin Dells! And when she’s not wrangling little ones at the center, she’s busy wrangling her own 4-year-old Shiba Inu mix, Deku!

Ms. Adreana
Ms. Adreana, Lead-Qualified Toddler Teacher, has 3 years of early childhood experience and brings a caring, nurturing presence to the classroom. A former CNA and proud mom, she is passionate about helping children grow, understand their emotions, and develop strong social-emotional skills. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Ms. Keshanna
Ms. Keshanna, Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher, brings 10 years of experience in early childhood education to the Elevate Early Learning team. She holds both her EC1 and EC2 credentials. Throughout her career, Ms. Keshanna has had the opportunity to work with children across every age group, giving her a well-rounded understanding of child development and the unique needs of each stage. She is passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Keshanna is a proud mom of two children of her own, which has given her an even deeper appreciation for the importance of building strong relationships with both children and families.

Ms. Daisy
Ms. Daisy, Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher, is proud to call Milwaukee home and is a proud UWM alumna. Go Panthers! Outside of the classroom, Daisy loves spending time with her nephews—her 2-year-old nephew and the newest addition to the family, born in May 2026. She also enjoys reading psychological thrillers with her book club gals and playing sand volleyball during the summer months. Ms. Daisy is especially excited to bring her love of music and dance into the classroom and incorporate these fun, engaging experiences into her students’ learning and development!

Ms. Keke, Lead-Qualified Twos Teacher, holds EC1, EC2, and Infant/Toddler credentials and is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can thrive. A first-time mom, she brings a deep understanding of nurturing and patience to her classroom. In her free time, she enjoys family time, walks, music, and watching Korean dramas.

Ms. Rawan, Lead Qualified Twos Teacher, has 2 years of experience in early childhood education. She has completed all early childhood credentials, including EC1, EC2, and Infant/Toddler, and is committed to supporting each child’s development with care and intention. Ms. Rawan lives in Oak Creek with her family and enjoys shopping, exploring makeup, and reading in her free time. She is passionate about creating a classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to express their feelings in ways that meet their individual needs in each moment.

Ms. Yazmine, Lead-Qualified Preschool Teacher, has 3 years of early childhood experience and holds EC1, EC2, and Infant & Toddler credentials. She is passionate about helping children build skills and gain independence in a fun and supportive environment. A mother of two, she brings a nurturing, family-centered approach to her classroom. Outside of work, Ms. Yazmine enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her children.

Ms. Syndia, Lead Qualified Preschool Teacher, has 5 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds EC1, EC2, and Infant/Toddler credentials and is passionate about continuing her professional growth. In the future, she hopes to return to school to complete her degree in education. Ms. Syndia lives in Oak Creek with her family and enjoys listening to music in her free time. She is dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive environment where children can grow, thrive, and become kindergarten-ready.

Ms. Ola
Ms. Ola, Center Floater, has 3 years of experience in early childhood education and a two-year Childcare Diploma. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, safe, and supported. As a mother of four, Ms. Ola brings patience, compassion, and a caring approach to every classroom she works in. She enjoys building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and is dedicated to helping each child thrive. Outside of work, Ms. Ola enjoys hiking, taking walks, reading, and watching educational movies that inspire her and expand her knowledge. She is a friendly, outgoing person who loves connecting with others and is always happy to lend a helping hand.
